The Combat Assault Rifle is out of the vault for round two! With a tight spread and a lot of kick, this AR is hard for even expert shooters to master at long range. Or get close and give it to them. The Combat AR can be found in chests and on the ground all over the Island.
During Bargain Bin Weekend, character services are half off, so you can save a lot of money. Talk to a Character on the Island and use your Bars to buy a cool Exotic item, find out where the next Storm circle will be or hire a Character to watch your back in a firefight.
Hotfix Fortnite Assault Rifle Unvaulted
Epic Games released a hotfix patch for the popular battle royale game Fortnite on July 12, 2022. The Combat Assault Rifle, a classic Fortnite weapon, has been brought back from the vault as part of update V21.20. This is one of the biggest new features.
The fast-firing Assault Rifle was first added to Fortnite in Chapter 2, Season 8, a long time ago. It then showed up for a few days in Chapter 3, Season 2, after fans voted for it. And now, at least for now, the weapon is back. But it’s important to note that the Combat AR can’t be used in competitive modes.
Where to Find Assaulted Refile in Fortnite
Players of Fortnite who want to know how to get the Unvaulted Combat Assault Rifle to do it the same way they get most other weapons. The AR can be found in chests and as floor loot on the ground. Players can also find one as part of a Supply Drop or by using a Fishing Hole.

Combat Assault Rifle Unvaulted Returns
In Fortnite, each bullet from the Combat Assault Rifle does about 19 to 23 damage (171 to 207 damage per second), and a headshot does 1.5x more damage.
- AR of Common rarity takes 3.4 seconds to reload, while AR of Legendary rarity only takes 2.8 seconds.
- First Shot Accuracy makes sure that the first shot is always accurate, even if the player is moving while shooting.
- Since the weapon has a lot of recoils, players should try shooting in short bursts to keep track of where they are aiming.
